Qualifications

• MD with minimum ten years of executive or senior healthcare leadership experience in a large, multi-site system.
• Master's in health administration or related field with demonstrated leadership in multi-specialty physician groups and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive short and long-term market strategy for physician enterprise alignment and growth.
• Oversee market budgets (operational and capital) and ensure attainment of goals.
• Lead workforce planning for physicians and advanced practice providers across all alignment types.
• Direct ambulatory strategy, recruitment, retention, and quality initiatives in the market.
• Lead the network of hospital and clinic-based physician practices to improve access, value and patient experience.
