This executive will advise health systems, physician organizations, and private equity-backed platforms on alignment, growth, and long-term value creation.

The role focuses on physician compensation design, provider network strategy, transformation initiatives, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive healthcare consulting or related leadership experience.
• Expertise in physician enterprise strategy, alignment and growth.
• Experience with hospitals, health systems, and physician groups.
• Proven success advising C-suite executives and boards.
• Ability to develop trusted client relationships and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to healthcare executives and investors on enterprise strategy.
• Lead engagements on physician compensation design, network strategy, and growth.
• Guide governance, partnerships, affiliations, JV opportunities and mergers.
• Develop strategic recommendations to improve performance and market position.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, board retreats, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Compensation, and Compliance teams.
