You will report to the System SVP, Physician Enterprise Operations and partner with Hospital Presidents to improve quality of care and patient experience, ensuring alignment with national and regional goals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine degree and at least 10 years of executive healthcare leadership experience.
• Alternative: Master’s in health administration with proven leadership in multi-site health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive short- and long-term Market strategy for physician enterprise alignment.
• Direct Market budgets and ensure goals are achieved.
• Oversee physician workforce planning and alignment across employed, contracted, and academic networks.
• Lead ambulatory strategy, recruitment, retention, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to implement national and market initiatives.
