Integrative Emergency Services, LLC seeks a Market President – Emergency Medicine to lead Provider Groups, Clinical Operations, Client Relations, and Financial Performance in the Denver region. The role interfaces with hospital leadership to ensure high satisfaction and strong performance.

Candidates must reside in the Denver metro area or relocate accordingly. The position entails responsibility for strategy, staffing, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong focus on patient care quality

Qualifications

• Physician (MD/DO) with current unrestricted license in the US.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Current DEA registration.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations for the assigned market.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve quality, service, and patient experience.
• Provide executive oversight to align quality and care with client hospitals.
• Drive KPIs and market performance; oversee physician performance measures.
• Lead clinician resourcing and staffing; recruit and retain diverse teams.
• Foster relationships with partner hospitals and maintain compliance with policies.
