Job summary

Aledade PBC in Minnesota seeks a Partnership Director, Enterprise Performance to lead a strategic hospital and health system portfolio. You will bridge field operations with centralized teams, define performance goals, and drive value-based care initiatives.

In this role you will manage major accounts, drive growth, oversee P&L for ACOs, and mentor team members while traveling up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Minnesota.
• 10+ years as a client-facing healthcare project lead with senior stakeholder management.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of Value Based Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages at least one large hospital and health system partner with value-based contracts.
• Works with Senior Leadership to set strategic direction for accounts.
• Leads business development and relationship management at the account level.
• Provides guidance to operations teams and SMEs for Enterprise Performance.
• Assumes financial accountability for accounts with focus on operational excellence.
• Oversees ACO strategy (50%), leadership/operations (25%), growth (15%), and professional development (10%).
