About the Role

This role involves managing the P&L and driving global commercial strategy for a portfolio of account screening products within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) vertical. Reporting to the Global Head of Screening Strategy, the person will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Finance to manage strategic initiatives. Staying current with FCC compliance requirements, industry trends, and regional practices is essential.

This position can be remote in the US, preferably in the Eastern Time zone, and involves collaboration with global colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop FCC Commercial and Product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases with Product and Data teams.
  • Drive growth for screening products while focusing on customer experience.
  • Lead pricing and Go-To-Market initiatives to add value.
  • Align regional plans with global screening strategies.
  • Explore M&A or partnership opportunities aligned with FCC strategy.
  • Partner with Sales to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to position products and generate leads.
  • Work with Professional Services to align their plans with product strategies.
  • Provide insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence.
  • Engage with clients to craft solutions that meet their needs, increasing revenue and satisfaction.
  • Communicate FCC strategy internally and externally, representing the company at events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large, global organization.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to manage complex agendas and think critically.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Domain expertise in FCC preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience, including management consulting, strategy, or related roles.
  • P&L experience is preferred but not required.
  • Business degree (BBA/MBA) or engineering background preferred.
