For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sales Planning Analyst, remotely from the United States.

As a Sales Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic sales planning and performance reporting within the Revenue Operations team. This position involves managing the sales planning process, supporting the annual sales strategy, optimizing sales tools and budgets, and providing data-driven insights for improved sales performance and growth. You will be a central point of contact for commission analysis, sales forecasting, and tracking sales efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize sales planning tools, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and capacity planning.
  • Oversee Travel & Expense (T&E) ramp reporting to track spending and compliance.
  • Manage the sales tools budget and report on the efficiency of spend.
  • Support the strategic planning process, including quota and territory assignments, revenue forecasting, and sales capacity planning.
  • Maintain commission modeling and processing, including monthly reports and annual planning.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting on sales performance, efficiency, and revenue trends.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Planning, FP&A, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with sales planning tools like Adaptive Planning or similar financial tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in commission analysis, sales compensation, or incentive modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas and pivot tables).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, SQL).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $105,000 - $130,000 per year.
