Carvana is seeking a Market Operations leader to oversee logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registrar duties while coordinating with leadership in Phoenix. This role will also focus on shaping the customer and employee experience across the team.

You will mentor staff, manage cross-functional processes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, diverse environment at one of the country’s fastest-growing tech-enabled automotive companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with resilience and adaptability.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Strong customer and employee experience orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, and mentoring.
• Drive growth and oversee multiple projects with leadership Liaison to Carvana's Phoenix home office.
