Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• Prerequisite experience as a meatcutter, apprentice, and/or manager trainee preferred.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review historical data on sales, ads and promotions; co-manage inventory.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, product quality, and work standards.
• Check inventory on trucks, unload products, ensure accuracy of inventory and paperwork.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products using non-precision and precision tools.
• Enforce quality control and food safety standards; inspect products for quality.
• Ensure coolers/freezers are organized per guidelines and proper labeling.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling initiatives.
• Provide friendly customer service by greeting customers and taking orders in person and by phone.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary work and shopping environment.
