Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and/or cutting to proper thickness and size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label product; ensure sufficient product is available for customers.
• Clean, assemble, and prepare machinery and equipment for operation; operate machinery safely.
