Job summary

Responsibilities

• Processes meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and/or cutting to proper thickness and size.
• Cuts, weighs, packages, and labels product using precision hand tools to meet customer needs.
• Cleans, assembles, and prepares machinery and equipment for operation; examines to ensure proper function.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary working environment by adhering to safety procedures.
