Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) operates more than 215 stores across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The Market/Meat Cutter role supports fresh meat, seafood, and produce areas, ensuring quality, rotation, labeling, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting management, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting safety and sanitation while delivering friendly service to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review historical data on sales, ads, and promotions.
• Co-manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
