Job summary

Carvana in Lehi, Utah seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive logistics and team development within its Market Operations group. This role emphasizes mentoring, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You’ll oversee scheduling, inventory quality, and staff development, while partnering with leaders in Phoenix and the broader organization to scale initiatives and maintain Carvana’s fast-paced, innovative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with composure and adaptability.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Ability to manage employee and customer experience, even when messy.
• Skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to take on new assignments and juggle many things at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registration paperwork.
• Oversee customer experience and employee experience programs.
• Lead mentoring and training initiatives across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership across Carvana’s home office.
• Support community outreach and cross-functional projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
