Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with grace.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Skills to manage employee and customer experience, even when it gets messy.
• Ability to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to change and take on new assignments.
• Willingness to juggle many things at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring and training programs.
• Mentor and develop team members while juggling multiple projects with leadership support.
• Directly connect with leadership at Carvana's home office in Phoenix to align on growth and strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
