Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees.
• Experience with strategic planning and process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market hub operations, including launch, logistics, and customer experience.
• Interview, onboard and train Customer Advocates; mentor team members.
• Provide performance feedback, set goals, and drive improvement.
• Generate regular reports and present to upper management.
• Act as go-to expert for the team and support driving car deliveries.
