Qualifications

• Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and maintain action-item trackers.
• Screen incoming requests and route them to the appropriate leader or department.
• Coordinate meals and supplies for provider, leadership, shareholder, candidate, and vendor meetings.
• Update physician and APP call schedules, including changes and coverage updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to Market President and Director of Market Operations.
• Maintain schedules and distribution lists; manage correspondence and deadlines.
• Assist with clinic coverage lists and master schedules.
• Support teams during staffing shortages and high-volume periods.
