Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD is seeking an Associate II, Market Management to support wine and beer buying and replenishment for stores in the Total Wine & More chain.

You will manage vendor relations for your region, perform cost and deal analysis, place replenishment orders, and help drive in-store promotions. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Buying or Supply Chain are required, with strong communication and basic accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Buying or Supply Chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Accounting skills and interest in performing accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for multiple wine & spirit wholesalers in assigned market.
• Manage collection and maintenance of wholesalers’ cost data.
• Create Replenishment Orders and PO placement.
• Perform cost and deal analysis.
• Resolve Vendor Service Issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales through promotional activity related to in-store displays and advertising.

About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking an Associate II, Market Management to join our Market Management team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will be involved with wine and beer buying and replenishment for stores in the Total Wine & More chain. You will manage vendor relations and issues for their region(s) and help establish and determine process improvements. Our Market Management team is a unique mix of supply chain and buying; the team has an impact on the products we sell.
