Job summary

Stoughton Trailers is seeking an analytics‑driven strategist to advise Sales Directors on customer size, coverage, and 80/20 strategy, and to build dashboards for the Commercial team to track market changes. You will become an expert in transportation data and marketing information, assembling reports from POLK, RigDig, dealer quota, ACT research, and FTR data to guide decisions.

In this role you will support sales operations, assist with quoting, and help the organization expand market share

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Analytics or related field.
• Exceptional experience can substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Advise Directors on customer size, coverage, logistic business and 80/20 strategy.
• Create dashboards and reference tools for Commercial team to track market changes.
• Provide market insights to drive strategic decisions and guide actions.
• Be an expert across transportation data and marketing information.
• Manage sales support operations and assist with quoting and MRO creation.
• Deliver actionable data analysis to improve commercial performance and growth.
• Support sales distribution to grow market share and profitability.
• Develop pricing strategy awareness and contribute to quoting automation.
