Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support Market Intelligence projects, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with the eCommerce team on sales and impact analysis. You’ll translate data into actionable insights to guide marketing and business decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data analysis, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with Circana/Nielsen data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in a Data Analysis role.
Proficiency in Power BI for building and managing dashboards.
Proficiency in Excel.
Familiarity with eCommerce and eCommerce workflows and impact measurements.
Familiarity with syndicated sales data such as Circana or Nielsen.
Familiarity with R or other data science programming languages preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the analysis of Market Intelligence projects, displaying data manipulation and analysis knowledge.
Create and support the dissemination of Power BI dashboards and reports.
Work and collaborate with the eCommerce team on sales and impact analysis.
Prepare findings to be shared with internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing and Sales teams.
Use Excel, Power BI and R with proficient level of expertise and attention to detail.
Review decks for format and visual design consistency.
Document processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with the broader Research & Insights team on cross-functional projects.
