Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Manager of Sales Analytics to lead the analytics team, drive dashboards and reports, and partner with IT and business units to enable data-driven sales decisions. The role sits in West Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule and in-office Monday–Wednesday.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5+ years in sales analytics or BI, strong Excel/SQL skills, and experience mentoring staff. The role offers a competitive salary and bonus potential within a large consumer goods

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the Sales Analytics team's activities with training and coaching.
• Lead dashboards and reports development to support field and executive teams.
• Manage data warehouse data and ensure data quality across multi-unit data sources.
• Analyze and synthesize sales data to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytics.
• Automate reporting to increase efficiency and usability of reports.
• Develop data extraction queries and document reporting requirements.
