The Wonderful Company LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a data analytics professional to support Market Intelligence projects, build Power BI dashboards, and analyze eCommerce impact. You will translate data into actionable insights for Brand Marketing and Sales teams while collaborating with the Research & Insights group.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in data analysis, with strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and ideally R.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a Data Analysis role.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building and managing dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and eCommerce workflows and impact measurements.
• Familiarity with syndicated sales data such as Circana or Nielsen.
• Familiarity with R or other data science programming languages preferred.
• Prior experience working with consumer-packaged goods data (sales, panel, and DTC) preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in quantitative data analysis.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a broad strategic perspective.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• AI experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the analysis of Market Intelligence projects, displaying data manipulation and analysis knowledge.
• Create and support the dissemination of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work and collaborate with the eCommerce team on sales and impact analysis.
• Prepare findings to be shared with internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing and Sales teams.
• Use Excel, Power BI and R with proficient level of expertise and attention to detail.
• Review decks for format and visual design consistency.
• Document processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the broader Research & Insights team on cross-functional projects.
