Job summary

Groupe SEB is seeking a Market Research Analyst in Irvine, CA to lead market intelligence initiatives and provide strategic insights. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams, analyze diverse data sources, and deliver timely, actionable recommendations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in market research, advanced Excel and BI tools, and a strong ability to translate data into business strategy. Hybrid work in Irvine with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, statistics or related field.
3–5+ years in market research, business analysis or competitive intelligence.
Strong analytical ability and data-driven problem solving.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Excel.

Responsibilities

Define and improve market intelligence processes across regional and global teams.
Gather and analyze data to identify trends and correlations.
Provide market insights for strategic planning and product development.
Monitor data quality and identify new data sources.
