KBC Advisors, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Market Intelligence Analyst to support our industrial real estate team. You will leverage real estate data and on-the-ground intelligence to deliver insights that guide smarter decisions for clients and the firm.

The role sits at the center of brokerage, research, analytics, and technology, building dashboards, standardizing data, and tracking market activity. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience are expected, with salary in the $65k–$90k range

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Real Estate / Data Science / Business).
2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality research, data, and insights to support strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate with production team to deliver market research, reports, and client deliverables.
Lead build-out and management of data platforms, databases, and tools for analysis and business development.
Track and analyze industrial market activity and indicators.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and client-facing reports.
