Qualifications

• 1-3 years of market research, real estate, or data analysis supporting high-performing sales or brokerage teams.
• Proficiency with CRE platforms Crexi and LoopNet.
• Experience with GIS mapping and demographic analysis.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Data Collection: gather market data, transactions, and trends relevant to Bradley markets.
• Research Analysis & Reporting: create client-ready research deliverables and executive summaries.
• Database Management & Technical Research: input and maintain transaction data; leverage platforms like CoStar and ESRI.
• Client Support & Collaboration: support brokerage teams with data-driven insights and deliverables.
• Cross-functional collaboration to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
