Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Data Science, or Business required.
- 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
Responsibilities
- Research property attributes and ownership data, maintaining updated records.
- Operate data processes for ad-hoc analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and client-specific market reports.
- Collaborate with Location Intelligence (GIS) to support dashboards.
- Leverage KBC data for client strategy and thought leadership.
- Enhance research activities and track market/building activity.
- Support data entry and identify process improvements.
- Translate data into actionable client insights.
- Drive data standardization for marketing collateral.
