Avison Young is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Market Intelligence team in the US. The role focuses on transforming market data into actionable insights to guide client strategies and drive business growth.

You will leverage proprietary data platforms to analyze trends, support brokers, and deliver client-facing presentations while collaborating across marketing, research, and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate or consulting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to present to internal and external audiences using digital mediums.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage clients and produce complex deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the Boston market and broader region.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate and economic data to identify market shifts, opportunities, and risks.
• Maintain and update data within proprietary databases for accuracy.
• Produce quarterly and custom market reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create data-driven insights and dashboards using digital tools and external platforms.
• Collaborate with brokers, research, and leadership to support business development.
