Avison Young is a global commercial real estate advisor delivering advisory, transaction, management and consulting services. The team is focused on collaborating across the organization to create value for clients while fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace culture.

The role centers on building data-based market insights for Florida, leveraging analytics tools to influence client decisions and grow the Avison Young brand in the region, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of commercial real estate or consulting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide data-driven market insights for Florida markets, informed by national/global trends.
• Track and analyze real estate data to build regional expertise.
• Author regular, data-driven Insights with digital tools to inform client decisions and enhance the Avison Young brand.
• Engage occupier and investor clients to guide market strategies using proprietary analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Regional Insight leadership to support regional business needs and feedback loops.
• Proactively identify new clients and advise leadership on pursuit approaches.

• Ensuring Avison Young has a clear, data‑based, analytically informed view of current trends and future outlook for all relevant real estate markets and Industrial sectors within or Florida markets; this view will be informed by wider trends at national and global levels, be updated on a timely basis, and communicated clearly and effectively to key stakeholders
• Develop subject matter expertise on relevant segments of the regional real estate market through the tracking and analysis of real estate and real estate‑adjacent data
• Partnering with Regional Insight leadership to author highly regular data‑driven Insights utilizing digital tools that can influence clients’ decision‑making processes and promote the Avison Young brand
• Engaging select occupier and investor clients to guide them through market conditions by leveraging our proprietary digital data analytics tools that help to shape and solve their real estate strategies more dynamically and seamlessly
• Interact with key AY stakeholders to understand local business needs, gather and incorporate feedback on product and service development, and maximize the Regional Team’s contribution to AY’s business efforts
• Proactive identification of new AY clients and through that effort provide strategic guidance to regional leadership on how best to approach and pursue those opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of commercial real estate or consulting experience preferred, but other relevant professional experience considered
• Proven ability to present to internal and external audiences using digital mediums
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and communicate with clients and produce complex deliverables under tight deadlines in partnership with an interdisciplinary team
• Ability to travel up to 10%
