Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Market Insights Analyst in the United States (hybrid in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY) to provide data-based insights supporting strategic decisions. You will work with senior analysts and cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to deliver actionable recommendations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience with strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, plus the ability to present findings clearly and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, management, marketing or finance or similar.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical skills: data cleaning, preparation, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into research design.
• Deliver reports with pivot tables and graphs for stakeholder interpretation.
• Support business units and marketing with intelligence requests.
• Identify trends and patterns in datasets to inform decisions.
• Collaborate across functions with Zebra marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 remote) in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY.
