Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 7+ years of direct HR leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience with Bachelor's.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives for the Market, enforcing values, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development.
• Provide expert HR advice and data-driven decision making.
• Develop strategic HR plans, budgets, and policies.
