AdventHealth in Kansas seeks a Market Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic advisor, providing proactive and valued HR perspective in partnership with multi-facility leadership. This role champions regional HR initiatives and helps attract, develop, and retain top talent across the region.

You will lead and support talent management, leadership development, performance, compensation, and employee engagement while leveraging workforce analytics to drive scalable HR

Qualifikationen

Master's degree in HR, organizational leadership, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR management experience.
PHR or HRBP certification preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months.

Aufgaben

Lead regional HR strategy and partner with facility leadership.
Develop talent management, compensation, performance and engagement programs.
Oversee HR budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and shared services.
