Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Qualifications

Your Impact: (Includes, but not limited to)

  • Traveling to emerging markets to build local talent pipelines.
  • Visiting SNFs, assisted living facilities, and hospitals to understand care dynamics and identify key players.
  • Conducting in-person interviews, site visits, and landscape assessments.
  • Representing Bristol Hospice at healthcare events and community gatherings.
  • Building a pipeline of leaders in clinical, sales, and executive roles.
  • Developing connections with local influencers and referral sources.
  • Providing research to guide market-entry and leadership placement.
  • Collaborating with leadership to match talent with opportunities.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of 30+ qualified candidates per market.
  • Tracking outreach, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in sourcing, recruiting, or business development, preferably in healthcare or hospice.
  • Understanding of leadership hiring and clinical/sales structures in post-acute care.
  • Proven success in building pipelines and engaging passive executive talent.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (50% - 75%) as needed.
