Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Market Director, Performance Excellence in the Chicago area to lead the growth, profitability, and development of the Market’s Temp, Perm, or Consulting teams. Reporting to the VP, you will coach producers, hire and train staff, and drive revenue alongside market leadership.

You will oversee sales, client relationships, and financial planning to maximize gross margin and EBITA while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• 6 years of experience managing a profit center.
• 5 years of staffing industry experience.
• 5 years of prior successful sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase team production through leadership and coaching of producers.
• Hire and train staff in partnership with TA and Training function.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve goals.
• Manage the total sales and recruiting efforts of team personnel.
• Report on team progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular staff and client meetings and business reviews.
• Use financial analysis to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Implement and manage national business strategies.
• Oversee outbound sales to grow revenue and margins.
• Develop solutions to client issues for satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policy and employment laws.
