Job summary

Carbliss is seeking a Market Manager to cover Arlington and the surrounding area. You will drive distribution, secure new accounts, and manage relationships with on- and off-premise partners. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of the liquor retail landscape.

Candidates must live within 30 miles of Arlington, with an early December 2026 start. The team offers a competitive salary plus bonus, benefits, PTO, and travel across the market.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in distribution, hospitality or beverage industry.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required.
• Strong knowledge of liquor industry and its retail consumers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand distribution within assigned accounts.
• Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and submit accurate orders.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities and threats in the market.
• Pre-plan territory objectives to meet sales quotas and distributions.
• Maintain weekly pre-plans for the territory and track progress.
• Collaborate with distribution partners and internal teams to satisfy customers.
• Plan and execute product placements and in-store displays.
• Monitor inventory and adapt to promotions, seasonality, and trends.
• Support customers with new product placement and promotions.
