Job summary

SNFood & Beverage is seeking a Market Manager to drive growth in the Tucson market for Carbliss Ready to Drink Cocktails. You will secure and grow distribution, manage accounts, and execute strategic sales plans while coordinating with distributors, merchandisers, and customers to achieve monthly quotas.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of the liquor retail sector.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in distribution, hospitality, supplier or beverage industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required.
• Strong knowledge of liquor industry and its retail consumers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow accounts, expand distribution, and secure new placements.
• Maintain and update master sales routes and territory plans.
• Plan and execute product samplings in on/off-premise accounts (2 per week).
• Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track activities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with distributors, merchandisers, and customers to meet quotas.
