Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred – High School diploma required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSDE execution to grow market share and achieve sales objectives.
• Establish store-level growth plans aligned with zone revenue goals.
• Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners.
