Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Market Developer in Spokane to mentor new financial advisors and support sales teams. You will primarily coach on the Thrivent Advice Process, Salesforce, and planning tools while facilitating joint field work to accelerate advisor productivity.

You will foster growth within teams, adapt onboarding plans, and collaborate with leadership to drive market-wide sales outcomes. A four-year degree and travel up to 50% are expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of solid sales results and alignment to purpose-based advice.
• Experience in leading groups, presenting and facilitating to drive advisor success.
• Professional designation or significant progress toward achievement preferred.
• Experience using the Thrivent Advice Process, Salesforce and other Thrivent tools.
• Ability to utilize technology to coach and train new advisors.
• Willingness to joint field work and travel up to 50%.
• Must have own vehicle and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Launch new financial advisors into teams through joint field work and feedback.
• Coach on use of Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, Thrivent Planning Platform during sales.
• Serve as main contact for advisors developing goals and strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing plans leveraging relationships and communities.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and onboarding.
