Qualifications

• Experience in leading groups and presenting to drive advisor success.
• Professional designation or progress toward achievement preferred.
• Familiarity with Thrivent tools and need to model their usage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and have own vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Launch new financial advisors into teams with joint fieldwork and feedback.
• Coach on use of Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, Thrivent Planning Platform during sales.
• Serve as main contact for advisors developing goals; analyze gaps and opportunities.
• Assist advisors with marketing plans leveraging relationships and communities.
• Support ongoing advisor development and training deliverables.
• Collaborate with market leaders to drive referrals and growth.
• Participate in leadership to execute talent development and interview candidates.
