Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking an Associate Market General Manager to direct day-to-day operations across multiple medical centers. You will own budgets, lead center teams, and partner with clinical leadership to exceed patient experience and clinical targets.

You will drive strategic growth, oversee financial performance, and mentor leaders to advance within the organization. A strong business acumen and healthcare operations background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or public administration, finance, economics or related field; year-for-year experience may substitute
• Minimum 5 years healthcare administration, budget management, finance or closely related experience
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L and leading diverse teams
• Strong communication, leadership and ability to coach for upward mobility

Responsibilities

• Owns and operates an average budget of over $50M across multiple medical centers
• Leads design, development, and implementation of operational growth strategies
• Partners with center leaders to meet patient experience and clinical metrics
• Manages training and development of center leaders and staff
• Travel up to 50% locally/nationally to support centers
