Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years prior experience on management of large projects.
• Ability to analyze market trends and determine options to match customer needs.
• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple projects.
• Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
• Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level.
• Current driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy to grow business within the market.
• Lead business development in partnership with others and manage customer relationships.
• Act as primary customer contact for projects and maintain relationships.
