Job summary

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking an Executive Director, Market to lead day-to-day operations across clinical and administrative teams and drive high-quality care for members. You will collaborate with the Medical Director to implement programs and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

You will oversee market performance, supervisor duties, and engagement initiatives while partnering with national SMEs to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of practice management experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in medical office supervision and management.
• Clinical background is a plus (LPN, RN, NP).
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and management of market operations across multiple functional areas.
• Responsible for financial and clinical performance to meet EBITDA targets.
• Ensure high quality care and outstanding member experience.
• Collaborate with national SMEs in nursing, care management, behavioral health, HIV, and pharmacy.
• Oversee CCM/UM Manager, Engagement Manager, Practice Manager, and Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Meet key performance indicators across utilization, staffing, transportation, and costs.
• Lead monthly town halls and MOR reviews with the Medical Director.
• Work with finance on annual budget and staffing models.
• Develop payer relationships and partner with pharmacy leadership for optimal care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal standards, HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and billing rules.
