Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience, with 5 years in physicians practice management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and goal orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a proven track record managing change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and EMR systems.
• Eager to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; patient-centered.

Responsibilities

• Hire and oversee Practice Managers and Director of Clinical Nursing roles daily.
• Ensure management teams have tools and skills for leading and managing their departments.
• Track market initiatives to ensure value-add through communication and change management.
• Supervise direct reports with weekly 1:1s and KPI reviews.
• Review center expenses through Concur and align with AbsoluteCare policies.
• Lead weekly management meetings and monthly market-wide Town Hall meetings.
• Collaborate with market leaders to address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Delegate work to create ownership across the market.
