Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Support Services, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Facility Management, hospitality, or hospital operations.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership for Support Services across the market, overseeing EVS, FANS, and Facility Management.
• Translates enterprise, regional, and division strategies into market and facility operating plans.
• Drives performance across care experience, quality and regulatory readiness, service excellence, workforce engagement, and financial outcomes.
• Establishes market performance routines to review metrics and elevate risks or barriers.
• Coaches and develops facility Support Services leaders and ensures role clarity and accountability.
• Identifies underperforming facilities or service lines and leads corrective actions to sustain performance.
• Drives standardization and reduction of variation across facilities; optimizes staffing and costs.
• Supports budget performance and disciplined resource utilization across the market.
