Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Market Director for IPM in Las Vegas, NV. Role leads IPM physician practices, ensuring policies and programs are implemented, and drives financial and operational performance across the market.

Responsibilities include recruiting physicians, credentialing, onboarding, and collaborating with market leaders to meet objectives. Builds strong hospital relationships and advances telehealth initiatives within IPM’s Las Vegas market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration required.
• Master's degree in health/business administration and/or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years physician practice management or health care management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple physician locations across a geographic area with at least 20 physicians required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise providers and ensure policy implementation for all programs.
• Oversee care centers' financial and operational performance and communicate strategic initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment of physicians, including networking, interviewing, credentialing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with market leaders to monitor performance indicators and ensure goals are met.
• Maintain relationships with hospital leadership and market providers; support telehealth initiatives.
