Job summary

PerkinElmer’s Project Farma in New Jersey seeks an experienced Market Director to lead CQV services revenue and client delivery across the NJ market. You will partner with Site Leads and the Strategy team to grow existing accounts and pursue new opportunities while maintaining executive-level client relationships.

This full-time, on-site role requires 10+ years in professional services (CQV or related), a STEM degree (MBA preferred), and a proven track record in P&L, risk management, and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional services experience, with 7+ years in CQV or related discipline (validation, commissioning, QA).
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving targets in a service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to position the firm as a CQV leader in the NJ region.
• Grow revenue by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities; lead market events and campaigns.
• Manage talent development, succession planning, and high-performance teams across sites.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while meeting budgets and timelines.
