Position Summary

This is a full‑time salaried position with Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company. The Market Director, PF Project Delivery is responsible for overall performance of the assigned market while maintaining positive supervisory control. The role involves growing revenue on existing sites within the market, ensuring high quality delivery and client satisfaction, and partnering with Site Leads to proactively manage accounts and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services, identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes, and build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Business Growth & Development – Work with Site Leads across the region to maintain site dashboards, identify top existing accounts, pursue expansion opportunities, and participate in market‑based events. Provide input into new site RFPs, collaborate with marketing for thought leadership, and drive business development initiatives with the Lead Generation Team.
• Talent Development – Champion career trajectories of resources, provide talent management input, coach and mentor Site Leads, develop succession plans, and foster a high‑performing, accountable team culture.
• Resource Management – Inform resourcing decisions, forecast future needs with Finance and VPs, manage resource utilization and staff mix, and maintain profitability targets.
• Technical Delivery – Ensure appropriate staffing for delivery, serve as a technical SME on complex CQV challenges, act as an escalation point for key client contact issues, and uphold service quality against regulatory and industry standards.
• EBITDA & Billability – Achieve annual billable hours targets, manage project profitability, implement process improvements, and monitor financial KPIs to maximize EBITDA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field (advanced degree or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in professional services with at least 7+ years in CQV or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and meeting financial targets in a services environment.
• Strong leadership experience in building and retaining high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of CQV processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Preferred Skills

• Full‑time on‑site client presence.
• Willingness to travel across the market as needed.

Compensation

The annual compensation range for this full‑time position is $150,000 to $180,000. The final base pay offered will be determined by internal equity, location, and individual qualifications.
