Job summary

Concerto Renal Services LLC is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to lead employer branding and candidate engagement across digital and community channels. You will develop campaigns, craft content for LinkedIn, emails, ads, and events, and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to source top talent.

You will also visit clinics to capture stories and build pipelines for priority roles, aligning hiring goals with the company’s mission to transform dialysis care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, employer branding, or related field.
• Experience creating digital or social media content and writing candidate-facing or marketing communications.
• Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, or recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong brand voice and candidate experience.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management abilities.
• Healthcare recruitment or employer branding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to build employer awareness and attract talent.
• Create compelling candidate-facing content for LinkedIn, social media, career sites, emails, ads, events, and more.
• Build a consistent employer brand presence reflecting mission, culture, and patient impact.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders to source employee stories and content.
• Maintain a recruitment marketing content calendar for consistent messaging across channels.
• Track performance and engagement to optimize campaigns and channels.
• Visit clinics to capture stories, photos, and content showcasing culture and opportunities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies by role and geography in partnership with consultants.
