Mind 24-7 in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Market Development Manager to drive patient volume through disciplined referral development and strong relationship management. This non-commission role focuses on conversion, referral quality, and ethical standards as the company scales its access initiatives.

You will partner with Clinical and Operations leaders, manage a defined territory, and log CRM activity daily to support growth and care access strategies across the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, EMS, schools, and behavioral health providers.
• Own a defined territory aligned with clinical sites and clearly communicate referral pathways to partners.
• Execute daily field activity with multiple in-person touches per day to drive volume.
• Log all activity in the CRM within 24 hours to maintain accurate territory insights.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve referral-to-arrival conversion and reduce LWOBE.
• Support market expansion by aligning outreach with payer strategies and new clinic launches.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Mind 24-7 standards in every interaction.
• Report to the VP of Growth (dotted line to COO) to ensure alignment.

Your Role & Impact

• Build and maintain referral relationships with Emergency Departments, EMS, school districts, and behavioral health providers.
• Own a defined territory aligned with our clinical sites, ensuring partners understand eligibility and referral pathways.
• Execute daily field discipline with a minimum of four (4) in-person referral partner touches per business day.
• Log all activity in the CRM within 24 hours to maintain accurate documentation and territory insights.
• Optimize patient access by partnering with clinical leaders to improve referral-to-arrival conversion and reduce LWOBE.
• Support market expansion by aligning outreach with payer strategies and new clinic launches.
• Ensure full compliance with all healthcare regulations and Mind24-7 standards in every interaction.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth with a dotted line to the COO to ensure alignment across the organization.
