Job summary

Join MIND 24-7 in Phoenix as a licensed therapist leading our Youth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). You’ll facilitate group DBT sessions, build strong therapeutic relationships, and guide patients toward lasting recovery and wellness.

You’ll conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care for youths and families.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
  • Current licensure in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC).
  • Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and regional behavioral health systems.
  • Experience with crisis stabilization, case management, and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Youth IOP group therapy sessions using DBT framework.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in clinical staffing and discharge planning with care team.
  • Coordinate care with nurses, navigators, BHMPs, and other clinical professionals.
  • Educate and collaborate with patients’ families to ensure continuity of care.
  • Identify and address social determinants of health and resource needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with referrals, care coordination, and follow-up support as needed.

Your Role & Impact

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
Current licensure in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC)

Experience with crisis stabilization, case management, and therapeutic interventions
Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
