Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Sales experience, including cross-selling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of customer transactions and inquiries per policies (deposits, cashing, holds, inquiries, stop payments).
• Proactively conduct sales activities to offer solutions and meet sales goals.
• Refer customers to Primis staff who can best meet their financial needs.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain audit scores; adhere to MIC guidelines.
• Handle special services such as foreign currency, direct deposits, outgoing wires, and government bond transactions.
• Support market center operations including ATM, vault, and night depository responsibilities; manage cash orders.
