Job summary

JPMorganChase in Fresno, CA is seeking a Market Director of Banking in Consumer Bank to lead a world-class customer experience, grow deposits and banking业务, and coach Branch Managers. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Branch management or related leadership experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high performing sales teams.
• Ability to translate knowledge of financial markets and economic trends to strategy.
• Ability to tailor proactive customer education for market segments.
• Experience building relationships and collaborating remotely across lines of business.
• Knowledge of consumer and commercial credit and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practice techniques for coaching, reviewing business, cooperation and ensuring compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent and instills an environment where employees feel valued and can grow.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposits and investments growth, customer acquisition and retention, and expense management.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
• Manages the market to deliver excellent customer experience and optimize performance.
• Ensures risk and compliance through deep dives and business reviews.
